Who We Are

From 11 years of age, Peter was an avid businessman, selling avocados from his backyard tree (picked by his grandfather) to the local fruit shop. He would pack as many avocados into his backpack and make the three-block journey to Bay Street in Brighton-Le-Sands. Business was awesome for Peter in his first season. When season two arrived, he learnt a hard lesson. The fruit shop owner turned to him and told him he was going to pay less per avocado. He had no other buyers, so he quickly learnt about diversification and  purchasing power in business relationships.

Moving on from the avocado business, he traded basketball cards in high school (for a profit of course), got a part-time job at Fosseys and after university, he then went into the ‘real’ world.

From the graduate program in business and corporate banking at NAB to finance broking within an accountancy firm and even some investing, he knows everything you need to know about commercial finance with a deep understanding of the business ins and outs.

Ultimately, he learnt that he wanted to be on the other side of the table from the bank, to be a business owner and founded Peak Capital to help other businesses with their finance needs.
